8 Layers That Add Up For You:

1 - Dynamic Unilevel
  • Affiliates and above qualify
  • Pays between 25-38 percent on Commissionable Sales Volume of Levels 1-4
  • Percentages adjust to maximize the payout for each rank
2 - Rising Star Bonus
  • Stars up to Ambassadors who are enrolled in Autoship Program qualify
  • Monthly Rising Star Bonus Pool=2 percent of world-wide commissionable sales
  • Pool is divided among all qualifiers
  • Pool Shares:
    • 1 share—Members must generate 500 EQP from at least 3 new Members and from those new Members enroll at least 100 PQP on Autoship
    • 1.5 shares—Members must generate 750 EQP from at least 4 new Members and from those new Members enroll at least 200 PQP on Autoship.
    • 2 shares—Members must generate 1,000 EQP from at least 5 new Members and from those new Members enroll at least 300 PQP on Autoship.
3 - Differential Earnings
  • Amount (10%) is difference between Preferred Customer price and wholesale price
  • Paid to all Distributors and above
4 - Star Rebate
  • Available to Star and above
  • 20% rebate on all Personal Qualifying Points over 200 PQP
  • Paid to the Sponsor of those purchasing at Preferred Customer Prices
5 - Override Bonus
  • Specifically designed to give newer business builder a large income boost
  • Consists of 5% bonus paid to Senior Stars and above on all downline sales down to the next Senior Star or above
6 - Cascading Generation Bonus
  • Available to Premiers and above
  • Bonus ranges from 9% through a maximum of three generations to 20% cascading through a maximum of eight generations
  • A generation is defined as a Master Star or above and their entire sales organization down to, but not including, the next Master Star or above
  • Note: A generation begins with the first downline Master Star or above
7 - Starship Bonus
  • 5% paid on the production of 5th level Members in an organization
  • Used exclusively to pay for homes, cars, or other lifestyle enhancements
  • Can range from about $400 to $1,000 per month
8 - Revenue Sharing Pool
  • Upper leadership levels of Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Crown Diamond qualify to share in the worldwide revenues of entire company
  • 1% of commissionable sales are allocated into 4 revenue sharing pools of .25%
  • Each eligible rank shares in the revenue pool for that rank and can potentially share in revenue pools of other ranks as well

Rank Qualification
Your rank in Young Living will determine which layers of the Compensation Plan will give you a payout. At the end of each month, the Young Living computers use five factors to calculate your rank:

Personal Qualifying Pointsor PQP, is the monthly total of points from your own purchases and the purchases of your first level Preferred Customers.

Organizational Qualifying Points, or OQP, is the monthly total of all points from purchases from yourself, your Preferred Customers and your entire organization.

Group Qualifying Points, or GQP, are the monthly total of points from purchases from yourself, your Preferred Customers and your organization through six non-compressed levels of your sales organization.

Enroller Qualifying Points, or EQP, consist of the total of all monthly purchases from any Member or Preferred Customer that you have ever personally enrolled, regardless of their rank or position.

Leg Qualifications are required for leadership ranks. In order to progress in rank you must help others in your organization achieve higher advancement levels, which in turn allows you to advance.

STAR 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 500 Organizational Qualifying Points, and 500 Group Qualifying Points per month
SENIOR STAR 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 4,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 3,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 500 Enroller Qualifying Points per month
MASTER STAR 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 10,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 7,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 750 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of two (2) different legs which contain a Senior Star or above.
PREMIER 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 20,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 15,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,000 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of one (1) leg which contains a Senior Star and another leg which contains a Master Star or above.
AMBASSADOR 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 40,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 25,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,250 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of two (2) legs which contain a Senior Star or above and another leg which contains a Master Star or above.
SILVER 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 80,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 50,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,500 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of two (2) different legs which contain a Master Star or above.
GOLD 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 200,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 75,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,500 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of three (3) different legs which contain a Master Star or above.
DIAMOND 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 500,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 150,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,500 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of four (4) different legs which contain a Master Star or above.
CROWN DIAMOND 100 Personal Qualifying Points, 1,000,000 Organizational Qualifying Points, 250,000 Group Qualifying Points, and 1,500 Enroller Qualifying Points per month. Your organization must also consist of five (5) different legs which contain a Master Star or above.
